What You'll Do:

As an instructor for AAT, you will be responsible for:

• Ground-Based Airbus Procedural Training (APT): Prepare students for full flight simulator sessions.
• A320 Theory: Cover performance and systems engineering to equip students with comprehensive knowledge.
• Student Support: Identify and address student needs to ensure successful completion of Type Ratings.
• Assessment: Access each student during sessions and complete the required documentation.
• Work closely with AAT stakeholders and fellow instructors to create a supportive and collaborative training environment.

Administrative Duties:

You may also be called upon to assist with administrative tasks, including:

• Instructor/Examiner Standardisation Meetings
• Updating Courseware and Manuals
• Regulatory Compliance

Qualifications We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Instructor Rating, Check and Training, or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• A320/A330 Type Rating
• 500 hours on Airbus Type or equivalent
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
