Intractable bargaining declaration made with 13 day post-declaration negotiating period.
The Commission orders as follows:
A. An intractable bargaining declaration under s 235(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009
(Cth) (the Act) is made in relation to the proposed Network Aviation Pilots
Enterprise Agreement 2023.
B. In accordance with s 235(4)(a) of the Act, this declaration comes into operation
today, 15 March 2024.
C. A post-declaration negotiating period will commence today, 15 March 2024, and
end on 28 March 2024.
