Negotiation Training
This course provides attendees with the skills and resources needed to become an effective industrial negotiator. Pilots will gain insight to the legal and industrial framework within which enterprise agreement negotiations take place and learn about the role of an AFAP pilot representative.

The AFAP’s Accident & Incident Training provides attendees with an understanding of the regulatory framework underpinning accident investigation in Australia, your rights, responsibilities and obligations in the case of an accident or incident and the practical steps to follow in order to protect your interests.
