AusALPA represents pilots in critical safety and technical matters, ensuring the voice of the flight deck is heard in national and international forums. From aerodrome operations and aircraft design to security, dangerous goods and the pilot working environment, our representatives shape the policies and standards that directly affect our profession.
To continue this important work, we rely on volunteer pilot representatives – members who bring their operational knowledge, insight and expertise into the discussion. By volunteering, you’ll not only contribute to safer, more efficient and pilot-friendly operations, but also:
- Represent pilots in regulatory reviews and industry forums
- Contribute to policy development at both national and international levels
- Collaborate with ICAO, IFALPA, and safety teams across the industry
- Build your professional network and develop leadership skills
