CASA-sponsored places in the RPAP Resilient Pilot program
Resilient Programs Asia Pacific (RPAP) is an AFAP program that helps pilots build the same human-factors and decision-making skills used at the airlines through coaching, realistic scenarios and guided self-reflection.
Six years of program data show an average 13% annual improvement in resilience and confidence among pilot participants.
Thanks to sponsorship from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), five general aviation pilots will each receive a fully-funded, 12-month place in the program, starting online on 14 September 2026. The only cost to you is a serious commitment.
