Stick ‘n Rudder is a unique flight training organisation that utilised only tailwheel aircraft to train its students.
 
To date, we have enjoyed providing training in our RA-Aus registered Eurofoxes and CASA training in our Cessna 180. We have recently acquired a Piper Super Cub to increase our offerings in the area of bush and mountain flying, providing a training experience like no other in Australia. 
 
We are looking for a permanent part-time flight instructor (initially, for the right candidate this could progress to a full-time opportunity) that shares similar values to us, and is passionate and motivated to teach and help our students be the best they can be.

Required Qualifications:

• CASA Instructors Rating - Grade 2
• CASA Tailwheel Endorsement 
• CASA Design Feature Training Approval

Desirable:

• Significant tailwheel experience
• Bush/mountain flying experience
• Low-level experience 
• RA-Aus Qualifications
