Pel-Air is recruiting suitably qualified and experienced Pilots to operate its fleet of King Air B260 and B360 Pro Line Fusion equipped aircraft for the Air Ambulance Victoria fixed-wing contract based out of Essendon, Melbourne.

Pel-Air currently operates a mix fleet of King Air B200 aircraft for Air Ambulance Victoria, providing a 24/7 emergency aeromedical service. As part of this rewarding and dynamic operations, Pilots will operate the aircraft in a single Pilot operation in close teamwork with Air Ambulance Victoria Paramedics and Staff who will be responsible for the medical care and treatment of patients on-board the aircraft. Pilots will be helping to deliver lifesaving services including emergency patient retrieval and patient transfer services across all of VIC and into other states.

In Late 2023 Pel-Air will be taking delivery of brand new B260 and B360 aircraft featuring the latest Collins Proline Fusion cockpits.

Positions are available for Line Captains. Applicants with prior check and/or training experience will be regarded highly.

Minimum requirements:

• The unrestricted right to live and work in Australia
• CASA ATPL (or CPL with MOST ATPL subjects completed)
• CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
• 2000 Hours Total Time
• 1500 Hours PIC
• 400 Hours ME PIC inc ICUS
• 100 Hours Night PIC inc ICUS
• 250 Hours Instrument Flight time (Min. 125 in-flight)
• Multi-Engine Instrument Rating Renewals - min 3
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team of professionals.
• Must be based in Melbourne metro areas
• Ability to pass a working with children check and ASIC card

Desirable:

• Prior experience in the King Air B200/260 or B350/B360 aircraft will be advantageous
• Operational Check and/or Training experience
