SFA is seeking flight instructors for immediate start who are safety conscious with a can do attitude. What’s in it for you, fast progression to Grade 2 and 1 training endorsements and access to other training endorsements, with a high average number of hours flown each month. SFA conducts some of the largest ranges of courses in Sydney, including multi engine class ratings, instrument ratings and instructor training. A high level of customer service skills and experience is a must.

Sydney Flying Academy is the leading Australian pilot training school based at Bankstown Aerodrome in Sydney, flying well equipped LSA, Cessna, Piper and Beechcraft aircraft. Conducting training from ab-initio through to Multi Engine, Instrument ratings and Instructor training. Your progression as an instructor is expected to be high with additional training endorsements and qualifications available

Minimum Qualifications

• Current CASA Instructor rating
• CPL(A)
• Class 1 or 2 medical and ASIC
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Impeccable Presentation and Customer Service skills
• DF Training Endorsement or willing to obtain

Desirable Qualifications

• NVFR Training Endorsement
• ME Training Endorsement
• IR Training Endorsement
• Instructor Training Endorsement
• Speak a second language

Flight Instructors must be available on weekends, you will work as a team completing trial flights, a large range of courses and endorsement training. Other responsibilities will include administration, refueling and line duties. Remuneration based on experience and training endorsements held.
