We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join Australia's first and best structured flying allied health organisation.

The role:

• Two flying days per week growing to three as we launch new locations
• Leading the pilot/client Services Team (on time performance, client bookings and corporate services)
• Work with Senior Pilot Rostering (pilot rosters and clinician planning)
• Cost benefit analysis of current and future locations
• Future forecasting of flights with growth for the business

Minimums: 400 hours + previous management experience. Aviation management preferred.
