Unity Airlines – Line Pilot (BN-2 Islander)

About Us

Unity Airlines is seeking an experienced Line Pilot to join our team operating Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander aircraft throughout Vanuatu.

This is genuine island and bush flying, including charter operations, air ambulance flights, and scenic tourist flights to some of the most spectacular destinations in the South Pacific. Expect remote airstrips, short runways, dynamic tropical weather, and operational decision-making that truly matters.

Duties

• Single-pilot VFR and IFR operations
• Scheduled and charter flights throughout Vanuatu
• Air ambulance and medical evacuation flights
• Scenic and tourist flights
• Operations to remote island airstrips

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet all of the following minimum requirements:

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
• Multi-Engine Rating
• Instrument Rating
• Current Class 1 Medical
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Minimum 750 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
• Minimum 100 hours Multi-Engine PIC (might be negotiated)

Desirable Qualifications

• BN-2 Islander experience
• Previous remote area, bush, charter, or air ambulance experience
