About Us:
Helistar is a Part 141 flying school that also operates Part 135 and 138 operations throughout Australia. Helistar undertakes powerline inspection in South Australia, as well as operating the Westpac SLS contracts in three states. Our fleet consists of R44, Bell 206, EC130, AS350, AS355 and BK117 helicopters.

The role:

The position will primarily be flight instruction in the R44 helicopter. We are a growing flight school, with a recently added fulltime VSL funded diploma course.

We offer a diverse range of flying for our instructors which includes air transport and aerial work in addition to the instructing role.

Progression is available into other helicopter types and flying operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 2 instructor rating
• Class 1 medical
• ASIC

Desirable Qualifications:

• Grade 2 instructor rating
• R44 experience
• Low Level training endorsement
