Kimberley Air Tours is seeking motivated and enthusiastic people to join our team in early 2023 on a full-time basis.

Based in the East Kimberley town of Kununurra, Western Australia, Kimberley Air Tours is a vibrant, family owned and operated organisation specialising in a variety of short to full day air touring experiences and charter services across the Kimberley region.

Kununurra is renowned for many adventure activities, such as camping, fishing and water sports on the Ord River, as well as a welcoming community making it a very exciting destination to live in.

This position involves a wide variety of flying, conducting scenic and air charter flights in both the Cessna 208B Grand Caravans and Cessna 208 Amphibious Seaplane as well as other aircraft in the fleet to some of the country’s most picturesque and remote destinations. This role also includes other operational tasks required in the day to day running of the business.

As a minimum you will require:

  • An Australian Commercial Pilot licence
  • Current CASA Class 1 Medical certificate
  • Current ASIC
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness certificate
  • Minimum of 700 hours total time
  • Cessna 208 endorsement with some experience
  • Seaplane endorsement
  • First Aid certificate to be obtained prior to commencement of employment
  • Light rigid drivers licence to be obtained prior to commencement of employment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be well presented
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work as an essential member of our team.

This position is full time, year round and comes with an attractive salary package with 6 weeks holiday per year.
