Position overview:


HCA is seeking an experienced Commercial Helicopter Pilot for its operation in Central Australia.

This is an exciting operational role flying a R22 helicopter. The successful applicant will meet all the mandatory requirements listed below, provide an impeccable safety record and be willing to undertake general station duties when not flying.

You will have a proactive nature, the ability to work independently and take initiative. It is imperative that you are clean and tidy and able to conduct yourself professionally at all times.

The role is available to applicants who are willing to reside on station. Modern, single, air conditioned accommodation available.

Experience & requirements:


Minimum qualifications;

  • 1000 Rotary wing flying hours
  • Commercial helicopter licence
  • Aerial mustering endorsement
  • 500 Hours aerial mustering as the pilot in command
  • Low level rating
  • Skilled in conducting pre and post aircraft inspections
  • Australian resident status
  • Basic Microsoft Office computer skills

Desirable qualifications;

  • Previous station hand experience
