SFA is seeking expressions of interest for dedicated, safety conscious Grade 1 and 2 flight instructors with high attention to detail. SFA conducts some of the largest range of courses in Sydney, including multi engine class ratings, instrument ratings and instructor training. A high level of customer service skills and experience is a must.

Sydney Flying Academy is the leading Australian pilot training school based at Bankstown Aerodrome in Sydney, flying well equipped LSA, Cessna, Piper and Beechcraft aircraft. Conducting training from ab-initio through to Multi Engine, Instrument ratings and Instructor training. Your progression as an instructor is expected to be high with additional training endorsements and qualifications available.

• Current CASA Instructor rating
• Grade 1 or 2 Training Endorsement
• CPL(A)
• Class 1 or 2 medical and ASIC
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Impeccable Presentation and Customer Service skills
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

• DF Training Endorsement
• NVFR Training Endorsement
• ME Training Endorsement
• IR Training Endorsement
• Instructor Training Endorsement
• RAAus Instructor Rating
• Garmin experience
• Speak a second language

Job Description

Flight Instructors must be available on weekends, you will work as a team completing a large range of courses and endorsement training in accordance with our operations manual. Other responsibilities will include administration, refueling and line duties. The role is offered with full time hours and competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
