Established in 2021 Enzo Flying School has grown from an aviation theory tutoring group to a part 141 flying school. We are looking for experienced and passionate flying instructors to join our team by using our brand-new Diamond 40 XLT and Cessna 172 SP. Multi engine experience will be available in 2026.

The Job:

We are looking for experienced and passionate flying instructors to join our team. As a flight instructor you will be responsible for both the welfare of students on site and delivering high-quality flight training at all levels, from Recreational to Commercial Pilot Licence.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Conducting flight and ground theory training in accordance with the company's syllabus and regulatory requirements,
• To prepare and deliver ground theory lessons to students as and when required,
• To prepare and deliver Mass Briefs, pre and post flight briefing in accordance with Company and or as directed by the HOO/Chief Flying Instructor,
• To evaluate and appropriately record student performance, progress and behaviour and provide appropriate feedback and guidance, and
• To work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members to ensure a positive and enjoyable learning environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current FIR (A) Grade 2 or 3
• Class 2 Medical
• G1000 experience
• Be able to deliver ground theory based on CASA theory standard

Desirable Qualifications:

• Design Feature Training Endorsement
• NVFR training Endorsement
• Instrument Rating Training Endorsement
• Multi Engine Training Endorsement
