We’re excited to announce that the AskAFAP app is now available to our Qantas Long Haul members – giving you secure, 24/7 access to support, guidance, and AFAP expertise.
After four months of testing, we’re proud to launch the AskAFAP app – a major investment by the AFAP to improve the working lives of our members.
With the app, you can:
- Chat with Ava, your AFAP Virtual Assistant, for instant answers based on your agreement, roster, and entitlements;
- Escalate issues to AFAP staff with one tap and track your case in real time; and
- View your roster in a clean, mobile-friendly format.

Note: The app is available for smartphones only (Apple and Android).
You’ll shortly receive an email invitation sent to your AFAP-registered email address. Follow the steps in that email alongside the e-Guide to get started.
