AFAP - Fatigue Survey
As previously advised, input from all Network pilots is now open to contribute your fatigue experiences through this important survey. We recognise you may like to wait and receive a briefing in person at the Sunday member meeting before filling it in though.
Only one response each so be sure to set aside 8-12 minutes to provide your considered responses and related fatigue management experiences at Network, in the last 12 months.
