AFAP – Safety & Fatigue Advocacy
Last Monday Dec 1st, AFAP Safety and Technical Officer Lachlan Gray met with Network Aviation – Head of Safety, Adrian Young. Several matters were discussed, including the CASA Pilbara airspace review and fatigue management. On this second topic, the current fatigue survey was discussed, and Adrian was positive about the initiative and our ability to provide you the opportunity to contribute. He also committed to meeting with Lachlan and others in the new year to discuss the results of the survey.
AFAP – Fatigue Survey
As a reminder, input from all Network pilots is now open to contribute your fatigue experiences through this important survey.
Only one response each so be sure to set aside 8-12 minutes to provide your considered responses and related fatigue management experiences at Network, in the last 12 months. If some questions relate to things you’ve not experienced in the last 12 months, and they are fatigue culture related, provide a response that most likely represents what you would do. Alternatively know that you can skip questions by clicking the next button.
Please read the instructions in the welcome page before proceeding. Access the survey here:
