FTA Pilots Right To Bargain
The AFAP, supports the FTA pilots rights to collectively bargain.
The AFAP recently started a majority support determination (MSD) process for a proposed Enterprise Agreement for the pilot group (SA & Qld).
The AFAP note that there has already been a high engagement in the first week of the FTA MSD survey.
Based on numbers of the completed surveys, there are FTA pilots that are yet to put forward their views.
The AFAP remind the pilot group this process includes all pilots (not just AFAP members).
If you have already completed the survey, we ask if you can provide the following to link to your other FTA pilots.
Over the next week, please ask other pilots if they have the link, and encourage all pilots to be involved in the process by completing the survey and putting forward their view.
The FTA MSD survey link can be found here.
