Fair Work Commission approves Airnorth Pilots Enterprise Agreement 2024
The AFAP is pleased to inform you that today the Fair Work Commission (FWC) approved the Airnorth Pilots Enterprise Agreement 2024 (Agreement) that you, the pilot group, voted up on 31 May 2024. A copy of the Agreement can be located [

This result is fantastic, and is the culmination of years of work by your pilot representatives. The AFAP thanks all of those who throughout the years have spent personal time and resources on bargaining. Without their commitment, this Agreement would not have been possible.
The Agreement comes into operation 7 days from now, 9 July 2024. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 July 2028.
There are some formatting issues that have arisen in the FWC's publication of the Agreement that have affected the fonts used. These issues were not apparent in the copy filed with the FWC by Airnorth. Hopefully these can be fixed. However, they do not affect the substance of the Agreement.
A bound hard copy of the Agreement will be sent out to our members at Airnorth shortly. These copies will be A5 size so that you can easily carry them around with you should you wish to do so.
Again, the AFAP thanks all the various pilot representatives that have assisted in getting to this point. We hope that the Agreement provides the certainty and conditions that you, the pilots, deserve.
