Further to the recent meetings of your EFA pilot reps from each of the unions, please find attached the statement of claims the AFAP has today provided to EFA setting out the matters the AFAP and other unions intend to bargain for in respect of a new EFA enterprise agreement.

The AIPA, AFAP and TWU are aligned in the claims in this document, and it has been provided jointly by the unions covering EFA.
The document has been provided to EFA in advance of our first bargaining meeting next week to give them time to consider these matters and provide a response.
We will keep you updated on the progress of bargaining as it proceeds.
