LINE CAPTAINS – PERTH

Professional Role | Safety & Standards Driven | Supportive, Close-Knit Team
CASAIR is seeking exceptional pilots to join a safety-first, standard-focused, and professionally supportive operation.

This is not a time-building opportunity. We are offering a long-term career role for pilots who are driven to operate at a consistently high standard, take personal responsibility for safety, and want to be part of a structured, process-led team where performance, respect, and continual development are non-negotiable.

CASAIR is proudly a close-knit, family-oriented team, where engineers, ground ops, flight crew, flight operations, and admin staff all operate with mutual respect and shared values. We hold ourselves to a high standard because we care about doing it right — for each other, our clients, and the safety of every flight.

We’re Looking for Pilots Who:

  • Are committed to high operational and safety standards, not just compliance
  • Have the maturity, discipline, and judgment to operate independently in a single-pilot IFR environment
  • Value well-structured training, feedback, and development
  • Understand that professionalism and safety go hand in hand
  • Are self-motivated but team-oriented, and willing to be held to a higher bar
  • Are seeking a meaningful, long-term role in a professional operation, not simply building time for a future elsewhere

About the Role:

Based in Perth, CASAIR operates Metroliner, Navajo, and Cessna Conquest II aircraft on a variety of contract and ad hoc operations across Australia. Flying is primarily Monday to Friday, within a demanding but balanced environment that values precision, safety, and teamwork.

Preferred Experience:

  • SA226/227 Type Rating (or willingness to obtain – company-provided with two-year bond), C441 experience or similar
  • MEA Rating
  • 2000 hours total time
  • 500 hours multi-engine command
  • 100 hours IFR
  • 50 hours night

We Offer:

  • A robust, safety-led training pathway – no line release until readiness is demonstrated
  • A supportive and respectful workplace, with genuine team cohesion across all departments
  • A company culture focused on professionalism, safety, and operational discipline
  • Above award salary and career stability
  • A stable, predominantly Monday–Friday roster

We are only accepting applications from pilots with the right to live and work in Australia.

To apply, please send a one-page resume and a short cover letter explaining your experience and why CASAIR’s values align with yours.
