Aaron joined the Federation in January 2026 as an Industrial Officer based in Brisbane. He has experience representing employees in a variety of matters before the Fair Work Commission and the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
Prior to joining the Federation, Aaron performed industrial advocacy roles at a number of different unions, most recently at the Queensland Nurses and Midwives’ Union. There, he represented members in a broad range of matters including unfair dismissals, disciplinary appeals, discrimination claims, industrial disputes and underpayment claims.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Queensland.
