Cristian brings together office administration and technical support in his role at the AFAP, helping keep the office running smoothly while ensuring staff have the technology and systems they need to work effectively. He supports the team with day-to-day IT issues, maintains internal systems and telephony, and delivers practical technical improvements across the organisation.
His work draws on broad experience across the Information and Communication Technology sector, spanning IT support, website development, programming, telephony systems, and digital tools. This technical grounding allows him to move comfortably between administrative and technical responsibilities and to apply the right solution to each challenge.
Cristian has a strong interest in technology and continually develops his skills through hands-on projects, artificial intelligence, and ongoing research. He enjoys applying this knowledge to improve processes, solve problems, and help people work more efficiently.
Outside of work, Cristian is an active member of the VATSIM (Virtual Air Traffic Simulation Network) community, where he takes part in flight and air traffic control simulation and continues to build on his interest in aviation systems.
