Rebekah is an Industrial Advisor with the AFAP, based in the Melbourne office. Before joining the AFAP in January 2026, Rebekah worked in general aviation operations, including flight training and aeromedical environments, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges faced by pilots. She also has experience with employment matters within community legal centres.
She is committed to strengthening pilot conditions, promoting fair and safe workplaces, and ensuring members have a voice in an evolving aviation landscape.
Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Aviation Management.
